- Experience – I’ve been a licensed agent in both Missouri and Kansas for more than 10 years. I was raised in the northland and I moved back to KC when I graduated college so I’m very familiar with (and love!) Kansas City and it’s awesome suburbs. I have helped buyers purchase condos, investment properties, vacation homes, new construction homes, and resale homes. I have helped hundreds of families buy homes in the Kansas City area and I’m one of the top northland agents.
- Technology – I have a BS in Computer Science, so I’m a little more tech savvy than your average agent. I am a huge advocate for using technology to help facilitate a smoother buying process. In a competitive buyers market, it’s important to have the latest information at your fingertips at all times. For example, I set up detailed searches for my buyers so that they are notified as soon as new listings come on the market. When buyers find “the home”, my mobile office is ready to put an offer together for the sellers ASAP. I incorporate digital signatures into the contract writing process so my buyers don’t have to have a printer or scanner (or a fax machine, remember those?!) in order to submit offers and negotiate a counter offer with a seller.
- Client Satisfaction – Over 90% of my business is via referrals from past and current clients. I take very good care of my clients and they trust that I will do the same for their friends and family.
